Training Place is managed by Betsy Bernock, 
a third-generation canine professional.  

  Betsy's experience includes, but is not limited to:

• 35 years training / showing / competing / hunting experience

• 25 years teaching experience

• 15 years dog event judging experience

• AKC licensed retriever hunt test judge 
  (junior, senior, master)

• AKC certified Canine Good Citizen test evaluator

• UKC licensed conformation and jr. showmanship judge

  Betsy is a member in good standing of:

• TriTronics Influentials Club

• Omega Farms Hunt Club

• Hunting Retriever Club Inc.

• Music City Hunting Retriever Club 

We carefully handpick our coaches so that our students benefit from lifetime experience, knowledge and dedication.  

Our coaches travel the country working with the best of the best in all disciplines to keep our training methods current. 

Our training methods are built on the principles of behavior modification and positive reinforcement. We tailor each student's training program to the team to best meet the needs of the dog and family.
